Policies 

Senior and geriatric cats are more vulnerable and often have unique health or behavioural needs that make grooming more complex. To ensure their safety and comfort, I currently only accept elderly cats (over the age of 10) that I've worked with before. This allows me to tailor each groom to their unique needs with familiarity and care.

If your cat is unwell, please seek veterinary care before booking an appointment with me. 

All cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee. Customers who regularly cancel or 'no show' may be required to pay a deposit upon booking. All deposits made are non-refundable if less than 24 hours of notice is provided.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, it will be automatically rescheduled and a cancellation fee will apply.

Please note that additional fees for mat removal and fecal removal may apply. 

Please allow up to 1 hour and 30 minutes for a single cat appointment, and 3 hours for a two cat appointment. Owners are not permitted to stay with their cat during his/her appointment. 

Late fees will apply for pick-ups one hour or longer after completion of groom.
